Step by Step Guide

  • Locate our website or find us through referral, browse our details, services and get to know us.

  • Identify an area, project or piece of work that you need support with and match it to one of our services or areas of expertise.

  • Use the ‘enquire now’ button on the service you’re interested in and fill out one of our online forms to submit your enquiry.

    Use our ‘Calendly’ service and ‘Book Now’ functions to arrange a free 30 minute discussion with us.

  • Once an initial discussion has taken place, if a decision to work together has been made, we will issue you with a Quotation and our Standard Contract setting out our terms of engagement for signing.

  • Once both parties have agreed the details set out in the quotation and signed the contract, the collaboration can begin.

  • While undertaking the work specified in the quotation, our clients have full access to us via email, phone, Zoom and in-person where feasible or built into the quotation. Our services include access to licences, subscriptions or tools we hold.

  • Once the work has been completed an invoice will be issued for the agreed amount detailed in the quotation & underwritten by the signed contract. Clients are required to settle invoices within 30 days of the invoices falling due.

  • Our reputation and the value we create is hugely important and we may ask to publicise or feature the work we’ve undertaken for you on our website or through one of our social media channels.
