Our Approach

TF Consultancy Services Ltd offers a comprehensive whole-system based approach with built in flexibility to respond to enquiries and projects of varying sizes in an agile and impactful way.

We recognise that everyones needs and requirements will be different.

Our suite of services has been deliberately designed with flexibility embedded, to cater for shorter-term or one off requests or projects.

Alternatively, our services can adapt to offer a combined and comprehensive approach for any longer-term strategic project that requires an end-to-end solution.

Fees

Our fees are based around a fixed rate but we approach every client as a unique proposition with emphasis on understanding the position, building flexibility and adapting to suit your requirements where possible.

For shorter-term pieces of work, i.e., a case study, scoping funding opportunities, editing or proofreading, a one-off fee could be negotiated and agreed.

For longer-term or more strategic projects encompassing a broader range of services, an estimate would be drawn up in the form of an agreement. Pricing for longer-term projects can be negotiated and we endeavour to work with our clients to ensure a sustainable and cost-effective solution for every client is reached.

Quote & Contract

Each client we take on will be given a quotation and contract which we require to be signed. The contract contains our Terms and Conditions with the core deliverables of the project identified and defined, costs, timescales and contact information embedded.

Step by Step Guide

  • Have a look through our website, browse our details, services and get to know who we are and what we are all about.

  • Use our navigation and functionality to match the sector you work in with the project or area of work you are looking for support in with our ‘Sectors’ and ‘Services’ tabs and links.

  • Use the ‘book now’ button to schedule an initial call with us. Alternatively you can use any of the ‘enquire’ buttons on the services or fill out our online form in our ‘contact us’ section to get in contact with us.

  • Once an initial discussion has taken place, if a decision to work together has been made, we will issue you with a Quotation and our Standard Contract setting out our terms of engagement for signing.

  • Once both parties have agreed the details set out in the quotation and signed the contract, the collaboration can begin.

  • While undertaking the work specified in the quotation, our clients have full access to us via email, phone, Zoom and in-person where feasible or built into the quotation, where this includes travel, accommodation & subsistence costs there will be agreed expenses included in the quotation. Our services include access to licences, subscriptions or tools we hold. You can find more information on this in our Terms and Conditions.

  • Once the work has been completed an invoice will be issued for the agreed amount detailed in the quotation & underwritten by the signed contract. Clients are required to settle invoices within 30 days of the invoices falling due.

  • Our reputation and the value we create is extremely important and we may ask to publicise or feature the work we’ve undertaken for you on our website or through one of our social media channels.
